Worked with Cameron to buy our first home the experience was the best I could have hoped for. From our first call, Cameron was super knowledgeable, able to educate us on the market, and focused on making sure we met our needs- more of an advisor than your typical real estate agent. He was super responsive, adaptable, and patient through every step of the process.

We started looking at new construction and Cameron was able to connect us to many builders and neighborhoods. We eventually decided to put an offer on an existing house that met all of our needs and hit the low end of our budget at the tail end of the crazy hot market. To his credit, it was the first non-new build house he showed us (not what we had originally in mind) but it turned out to be a perfect fit for our needs. I've worked with a lot of agents all over the country, and to be frank it's been a bit of a mixed bag, but Lisa Kohl is definitely top tier. It's hard to overstate her abilities and dedication, so I will tell you specifically why I believe this and how she worked with me to sell my home - fast and for a great price.

Preparation - The home I was selling was great, but a little large for the neighborhood, so Lisa helped me in planning exactly what was needed to maximize its value in the eye of the buyer, including repairs, cleaning, curb appeal, staging, timing and pricing.

Sometime after the new year, the wife and I decided we were going to explore Boise. I started snooping around the internet for a realtor and came across weknowboise.com and Lisa Kohl and knew instantaneously that this is who we need if we were to start the process of hoping to purchase a home, so I sent my wife and myself an email on January 19th, 2017 with Lisa's website link.
