She held an Idaho Contractor’s License and worked hands-on in planning the projects and rehabbing the homes she purchased for resale. After selling many of her own homes, she also has a keen eye for how to present a home to the market. Sellers praise her for the advice she’s given with regard to repairs, cleaning, curb appeal, staging, timing and pricing.
